• Our team has worked on significant trade mark matters in the last year such as acting for Alauda Aeronautics on its global trade mark prosecution strategy and the ongoing process of prosecuting a large number of trade marks for Alauda in Australia and throughout the world for its ALAUDA and AIRSPEEDER brands. 
• Gadens has acted for Lark Distilling on the substantial expansion of Lark's global trade mark protection across the Asia, Europe and North and South America.
