  • Our team has worked on significant trade mark matters in the last year such as acting for Alauda Aeronautics on its global trade mark prosecution strategy and the ongoing process of prosecuting a large number of trade marks for Alauda in Australia and throughout the world for its ALAUDA and AIRSPEEDER brands. 
  • Gadens has acted for Lark Distilling on the substantial expansion of Lark's global trade mark protection across the Asia, Europe and North and South America
  • Advises Bapcor on its Australian and New Zealand trade mark prosecution strategy and trade mark enforcement.
  • Represented Chuchka in copyright infringement litigation initiated in the Federal Court of Australia, VID 521/2018, against it by State of Escape.
