  • CBR Development Group - Gadens acted for developer CBR Development Group in an A$66.5m senior construction facility with National Australia Bank and A$10.6m mezzanine facility with Wingate in respect of the residential apartment project known as 'Promenade' consisting of 199 apartments and 2 commercial lots over 31 levels and 150 car parking spaces in Box Hill, Victoria.
  • Commonwealth Bank of Australia - Gadens acted for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia on an A$260m facility to Sentinel Property Group for the acquisition of Casuarina Square, Darwin, NT and Caneland Central, Mackay, QLD shopping centres.
  •  CVS Lane - Gadens acted for CVS Lane in respect of an A$20.275m senior syndicated facility providing development finance to construct 53 independent living units and community recreation facilities for a retirement village in Mango Hill, Queensland.
  • MaxCap - Gadens acted for MaxCap on an A$56m land facility provided to the DD Living Group for the “Burly Residences” development, a 25-level premium beachfront tower with 100 luxury apartments and resort style amenities.
