As part of the overall organization of the Alliance, the Firm's Labour and Industrial Relations Law Competence Area provides assistance and advice in matters pertaining to: the establishment and management of individual self-employed; subordinate and parasubordinate employment relations; individual and collective dismissals; extraordinary transactions, including those related to the company's crisis; employment relations and relations with social security and social assistance institutions; agency relations; Enasarco; mediation and business procurement; employment relations, completing the support to clients thanks to a stratified judicial experience; conciliation and arbitration procedures related to disciplinary sanctions; litigation for anti-union conduct, as well as to social security matters.

More than thirty professionals in the Area represent a constant landmark in the organization and development of projects for the implementation of policies related to gender equality and the growth of the culture of Environment, Health and Safety in the workplace.
