We have advised on the largest-ever equity and debt offerings over the years in Nigeria. We also advised on the merger of Orwell Oil & Gas Limited and AOS to create the largest Nigerian-owned oil service company. We are leaders in electricity sector acquisitions by both value and number. We are recently advising on the sale of the assets of Free Range Farms Plc valued at ₦1bn to Kuker Farms and Processing Limited and currently advising on the winding-up process of Free Range Farms upon the sale of the operating assets, amongst others.
