FTPA’s Corporate / M&A practice comprises 15 lawyers, including four partners. The team provides advice to listed and non-listed companies, SMEs and midcap SMEs, fast-growing companies, investment funds, family-owned businesses, throughout all the phases of their development:

Our Corporate M&A team works closely with lawyers in other practice areas within our firm, including from the tax, employment, insolvency, competition law and intellectual property teams. Our multilingual team draws on the firm’s cross-disciplinary skills to effectively respond to the multiple issues involved in corporate matters.


Our clients are based in France, Europe and abroad. Our lawyers work in French and English, often in connection with cross-border transactions. When needed, we are supported by a first-class network of international referral firms with which we have built strong relationships.
