Forensic Accountants

FRP’s Forensic Services team is comprised of highly experienced forensic accounting, investigation and technology professionals.

The team provides expertise and advice across a multitude of situations, including: commercial disputes; global asset tracing and recovery assignments; contentious valuations; bribery, corruption and fraud investigations; judgement enforcement; competition damages claims; regulatory enquiries; divorce cases; contentious insolvency matters; and criminal proceedings. Clients include law firms, charities, corporate clients, law enforcement agencies, regulators, and high-net-worth individuals.

FRP has expertise in many forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination. Its partners have acted as a party appointed expert, single joint expert, expert determiner, shadow expert and adviser. They also have experience of giving evidence in the High Court and international arbitration tribunals.

FRP’s in-depth and varied experience of investigations includes accounting fraud, insider dealing, misappropriation of client funds, employee fraud, boiler room fraud, invoicing fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering.

Partner-led teams deliver constructive resolutions and leverage the accounting and technology elements of the wider team to work together seamlessly. The forensic technology team also provide computer forensic and eDiscovery services to clients directly.
