We counsel clients on debt and equity financing, non-recourse financing, project financing, partnerships and limited liability companies, joint ventures, and other investment vehicles, as well as on land use, brokerage, and management agreements. We authored the limited liability law in Arkansas. Our experience in the area of exchanges is deep and covers straight like-kind exchanges, reverse like-kind exchanges, and deferred like-kind exchanges. We have acted as lenders counsel in real estate-based loans to countless institutions and as local counsel for out-of-state lenders.
