Public Finance: FEC finished 2019 as the leading bond counsel firm for Arkansas bond issues, In 2019, the firm approved $1.87 billion of the $2.89 billion total in principal bonds issued by Arkansas issuers and served as lead counsel in 153 of the 179 total bond issues. 

 Of the $2,891,700,000 in principal amount of bonds issued by Arkansas issuers in 2019, the firm approved $1,877,700,000 in principal amount of bonds. Of the 179 bond issues in Arkansas in 2019, FEC served as bond counsel on 153 of those issues.
