Our Real Estate team brings together an experienced, dynamic and ambitious team that has achieved significant growth in the seven years it has been operating in Leeds and nine years in Sheffield.

The team focuses on the following areas:

·         Leisure and Retail: Very strong expertise in this sector and act for a number of “household” names who are national operators.The Leeds office has this year recently won mandates from three well known retailers with significant shop portfolios. The team undertakes a wide range of transactions, ranging from acquisition and development of new sites and portfolio management and disposals.

·         Commercial Development: acting on behalf of a  number of reputable developers in the Yorkshire area.

·         Manufacturing – acting for corporates and their property requirements primarily industrial and ancillary offices and trading outlets.

·         Residential Development: Particular skill in negotiating strategic land options,and promotion agreements.Clients include BDW Trading Limited (Barratt David Wilson Homes), Redrow and Persimmon Homes Limited.

·         Government (Local): Both the Leeds and Sheffield offices are on a number of local authority and public body frameworks.

·         Real Estate Finance:  The team act for both lenders and borrowers in respect of all types of real estate transactions.
