· Manufacturing – acting for corporates and their property requirements primarily industrial and ancillary offices and trading outlets.
· Residential Development: Particular skill in negotiating strategic land options,and promotion agreements.Clients include BDW Trading Limited (Barratt David Wilson Homes), Redrow and Persimmon Homes Limited.
· Government (Local): Both the Leeds and Sheffield offices are on a number of local authority and public body frameworks.
· Real Estate Finance: The team act for both lenders and borrowers in respect of all types of real estate transactions.
