This team has an extremely wide ranging skill set which is unrivaled in the East Midlands.

A good example of this multi-disciplinary approach has been in respect of advising Flogas on a variety of sites where planning and environmental matters have been interlinked such as with regard to planning permissions for development and tandem Hazardous Substances Consents. 

The team provides multi-disciplinary services (planning legal, environment legal and planning consultancy) through a holistic and integrated team approach for complex (whether large or smaller-scale) development projects including a one stop shop for planning and environmental advice from inception to completion. 

The Group’s development expertise encompasses all aspects of development planning and associated legal agreements, high court proceedings, plan making, environmental impact assessment, habitat regulation issues, protected species and environmental permitting.  

• Residential Care – The team continue to develop their offer in this sector and are now acting for leading care home operators and developers including Hallmark Care and Principle Care (a new client and referee), Holly Blue Health Care, Country Court and Appledorn across a range of planning applications, appeals and local plan promotion activity
• Longstanding work on planning obligations and highway agreements for Aldi and Bellway continues.
