The Claimant Personal Injury (East Midlands) Department at Freeths are a niche, dedicated team specialising in catastrophic injury cases, in particular brain injury and spinal cord injury cases, both for adults and children arising from a variety of circumstances including RTA’s, accidents at work and CICA claims. 

We are well regarded for our experience and specialist skills in all catastrophic injury cases and act for clients nationwide. We have been ranked first by leading legal directories year after year and have gained a national reputation.

We are recognised for providing a personal and thorough approach to cases using our professional skills to deal with Claimants and their families. 

We work well with clients, families, experts, Counsel and Case Managers to ensure the best possible results for clients and believe in a team approach.

Achieving a good rapport with clients and families is essential.  We work only with well-regarded Case Managers and experts to identify clients’ specific needs and put together a rehabilitation team as soon as they can to assist clients at the earliest possible opportunity.  Such teams are funded by interim payments from Defendants.
