  • Healthcare: acting for key funders in the sector (e.g. Santander, Clydesdale Bank, Lloyds Bank); acting for numerous large corporate care home operators (e.g. Maria Mallaband Care Group, Ideal Care Homes, Country Court Care, Countrywide Care Homes); as well as a number of the key investors in the primary care premises market.

  • Real Estate and Project Finance: acting for the likes of ZSL Capital, ICG Longbow, Bridges Fund Management, as well as the more traditional funders in that market and a number of student accommodation developers and investors.

  • Acquisition Finance: acting for the likes of Beechbrook Capital, Santander Bank, Allied Irish Bank and Clydesdale Bank.

  • Mezzanine Finance: acting for the likes of Beechbrook Capital.

  • Challenger Banks: acting for Allica Bank, Redwood Bank, Cambridge & Counties Bank and OakNorth Bank.

  • Overseas Bank: acting for Ahli United Bank, Bank of London and the Middle East and Habib Bank AG Zurich.
