Fox Swibel’s Construction Law Group is led by construction attorneys with over 50 years of combined construction industry experience. The Group’s leaders previously practiced at top construction law firms and joined Fox Swibel for the opportunity to continue practicing at the same high level, but at rates that were more appealing to the Group’s clients.

The Group nation-wide practice represents industry participants across all sectors of the industry. Its attorneys have negotiated significant construction agreements and litigated complex construction disputes.

The Group has substantial experience resolving construction disputes. Attorneys in the Group are often called upon by their clients to assist in resolving such disputes during the course of projects and before they mature into active litigations, allowing projects to remain profitable and on schedule. When pre-claim resolution is not possible, the Group’s lawyers effectively and efficiently handle disputes, advancing their clients’ positions from both a legal and technical standpoint.

The Group also drafts and negotiates all types of construction, design and consulting agreements on projects ranging from $5M to over $1.5B. Clients rely on the Group’s industry knowledge and pragmatic approach to assist clients in managing risks on projects, both through use of drafting tools and by incorporating appropriate insurance programs to protect all project participants and resolving disputes at the possible opportunity.
