M&A Legal

We advise and assist our clients in corporate acquisitions and sales, financing rounds and mergers. Together with the M&A Tax team, we develop structuring proposals in line with tax, legal and accounting aspects and accompany the transaction from the indicative offer through due diligence and contract negotiations to closing and post-acquisition restructuring measures.

M&A Tax

Our M&A Tax experts advise on all tax aspects of transactions. We assist our clients with all matters relating to share and asset deals, bidding procedures, carve-outs, management buy-outs, reorganization, restructuring, and real estate transactions.

M&A Financial Advisory

We advise clients on all stages of transactions in financial advisory services. As well as preparing transactions and indicative offers, we also provide comprehensive support right through to post-M&A accounting. We’re on hand to advise on purchases, sales, reorganizations and restructuring. In addition, we support executive bodies in complying with their own duties of care.
