Fishman Haygood's Business Banking & Finance practice focuses on the lending and regulatory activities of regional and national financial institutions. • Representation of government agencies in complex financing transactions, including projects supported by federal community development block grants, Louisiana capital outlay funding, and USDA and HUD-insured and guaranteed loans.
• Representation of sponsors in structured credit-tenant lease financing structures and analogous financings involving intangible assets.
