We have profound understanding of the regulations and legal practice in China. We have also maintained close working relationships with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and other regulatory bodies through project cooperation and consulting work. Our efforts ensure that we can provide precise legal advice and creative solutions to clients in M&A projects of various kinds. Specifically, we advise on public company privatization, tender offers, leveraged buyouts, negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, NPA acquisitions, spin-offs and other relevant issues.

In addition to M&A deals in non-financial sectors, we also represent foreign and foreign- invested financial institutions (including banks, insurance companies, security companies, and asset management companies) in investments and financing projects, as well as in establishing joint ventures and sole proprietorships in China.
