Fasken’s leading health law practice is one of the largest in Canada.  Our team is comprised of lawyers from a variety of practice areas including: corporate, labour and employment, litigation, real property, privacy, technology and intellectual property who service those who provide health care (e.g. hospitals, long-term care homes, private clinics, independent health facilities), those who regulate health care (e.g. professional colleges) and those who fund healthcare (e.g. government agencies and foundations).
