Farrer & Co remains a leading name for private client work, including high-value onshore and offshore private wealth litigation. "It strikes a really great balance between getting high-quality work and excellent people," remarks a barrister, who also says that the team is "friendly and pleasant to work with as well as properly excellent."

"They're really great to work with," says a source, adding: "They're a fantastic firm to deal with. Definitely one of the top firms in London. They're the firm I go to for a messy contentious private client matter. They're my favourite lawyers."
