Our Technology and Telecoms group incorporates both contentious and non-contentious expertise and is experienced in advising on all aspects of our clients' IT and telecommunications regulatory requirements.
We have extensive transactional and regulatory telecommunications experience and are the preferred adviser to several of the leading Irish and international businesses operating in the sector.
We have a strong and growing roster of clients (both service providers and procurers of services) for whom we act in relation to large-scale IT procurement and outsourcing matters. When such projects do not go as planned, we have been called on to advise on contentious aspects also.
