Our practice provides strategic legislative and policy advice, content liability, licensing agreements, e-commerce, commercial contracts, data protection and cloud services. Our TMT lawyers have considerable in-house experience with software firms, with two of our partners having worked at Microsoft. This experience is invaluable, as we understand industry best practice and can provide practical, commercially driven solutions to our clients’ legal challenges. In addition, we have seven TMT partners across the region, with a center of excellence in Abu Dhabi covering all of the UAE and wider region, and a strong presence in the thriving technology hubs Jordan and Dubai.

Our TMT advisory strength is complemented by our recognized presence in litigation and arbitration, making us ideally placed to offer the full range of legal advice to our clients.

We have a team of over 100 lawyers in seven offices across five countries in the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), Jordan (Amman), Qatar (Doha), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh; Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland), and in the Kurdistan region of Iraq (Baghdad and Erbil). Our lawyers are qualified to practice in Middle Eastern jurisdictions, England and Wales, and the US.
