We have an integrated regional IP practice which combines international best practice with a uniquely embedded knowledge of local custom, practice and culture. Our IP team has considerable in-house experience from some of the world's best known companies. This gives us an advantage as we understand the needs and commercial drivers of our clients, and this is reflected by the fact that we are trusted long-term advisers to a host of global and local clients.

In addition, our commercial IP strength is complemented by our recognized presence in litigation and arbitration, making us ideally placed to offer the full range of legal advise to our clients.

We have a team of over 100 lawyers in seven offices across five countries in the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), Jordan (Amman), Qatar (Doha), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh; Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland), and in the Kurdistan region of Iraq (Baghdad and Erbil). Our lawyers are qualified to practice in Middle Eastern jurisdictions, England and Wales, and the US.
