What we do

We are best known for strategic advice on restructurings, works council consultations, collective labour agreements, employment litigation, TUPE matters, and European labour law including the Pay Transparency Directive. Our pensions team plays a leading role in the ongoing Dutch pension reforms and advises comprehensively on indexation disputes, sectoral pension fund scope discussions, de-risking, and tax-related pension issues.

Our valued sector knowledge spans Consumer, Energy, Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, Industrials and TMT, with ESG fully embedded across all practices. The team has developed innovative legal tech tools to work more efficiently on mass redundancies and complex consultation processes.
