About

Provided by Eversheds Sutherland

We have extensive experience working for global businesses throughout the world, and can coordinate services for you across jurisdictions and time zones. Our international presence means we can give you rapid-response legal support ‘on the ground’ across the world. You’ll be joining an established global network – and one that’s been in place for decades.

Our lawyers are experienced practitioners, many of whom advocate in local labor courts and beyond. As well as having the experience to advise you on global projects, they also have deep local knowledge of the law and what happens in practice. We will give you a market overview and benchmark what you want to do against how other local or multinational businesses operate.

All of our lawyers understand the importance of proactive and pragmatic partnering. You can expect quick response times and an answer designed for your business, not an off-the-shelf response.

We’ll look after the detail, and we have the vision to help you with the big picture: if you’re forming an HR strategy, pension or benefit plan, developing or implementing policies, or expanding into new territories. We’re also here for you when things go wrong, and can steer you through challenges like employment litigation, pay and hourly wage disputes, industrial action and investigations.
