Our Asia competition / antitrust team, which sits within our global Competition, Trade and Foreign Investment group, has a well-leveraged, multi-lingual team of competition specialists, which enables us to service Hong Kong and Greater China clients all round on all competition matters, contentious and non-contentious, in the local languages.
Our competition practice seamlessly integrates competition law advisory, merger control, investigation and litigation capabilities, regularly advising commercial clients on the design of their competition law compliance programmes and the application of competition law to their business arrangements and transactions. We also have extensive experience of advising Hong Kong competition authorities on enforcement and public law matters (including judicial reviews).
This combination of expertise enables us to assist our clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter, from advising on compliance programmes, risk assessments, reviews of specific business arrangements, transactions and practices, audits, to handling whistleblowing investigations, regulatory enquiries and enforcement actions.
