Members are experienced in the handling of complex commercial litigation, including difficult insolvency, banking and financial services, company and civil fraud disputes. Recent work handled by the team includes several leading cases such as Mezhprombank v Pugachev, a complex case brought against a Russian oligarch in connection with the liquidation of a major bank, and BTA Bank v Ablyazov, a high-value fraud case.
