Our Antitrust and Competition department is one of the strongest and fastest growing in Israel. We provide clients with comprehensive, commercial and practical advice in merger control issues, monopoly regulation, restrictive arrangements, and the impact of the Anti-Concentration law and the Enhancement of Competition in the Bank Sector law.
