We routinely represent international clients in cross-border financing transactions and advise foreign clients on perfecting securities in Israel. We also advise our clients on all regulatory related matters and represent them before relevant regulators such as the Bank of Israel, the Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings Authority and the Securities Authority.

Banks and financial institutions are reassured by our breadth of knowledge, depth of resources and appreciation of the commercial issues they face. Recently, we advised Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank on its strategic acquisition of Union Bank, which is the first merger of two Israeli banks in many years.
