Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) was founded in 2006 by lawyers who previously worked at London 'Magic Circle' and top New York firms, and has since become one of Israel’s elite law firms. This was achieved through hard work, and also because of the unique way the firm operates, which provides significant added value to their clients.

ERM is focused on transactional and international work. They have a critical mass of lawyers who have worked in leading firms in the US, UK and EU, and they offer the full set of skills which their international and Israeli clients need to successfully close their deals. Over 80% of ERM’s work is transactional, usually advising clients on their complex cross-border projects and over 65% of ERM's clients are foreign clients doing business in Israel.
