• Acquisition of Eaton Ghana by ATC and the subsequent transfer of Eaton Ghana from ATC to Ghana BV.
• International Finance Corporation (IFC) and IFC Asset Management Company disposed of its shares of 14.1% in Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (“ETI”) to Arise B.V.
• Acquisition of a Micro Credit Company in Ghana by Channel VAS DMCC.
• Acquisition of the water business of a leading Ghanaian bottled water manufacturing company by a global beverage company.
• Disposal of shares by a global bank in its Ghanaian subsidiary.
