  • Acquisition of a Micro Credit Company in Ghana by Channel VAS DMCC.
  • Acquisition of the water business of a leading Ghanaian bottled water manufacturing company by a global beverage company.
  • Disposal of shares by a global bank in its Ghanaian subsidiary.
