The client base of our corporate and M&A teams includes large corporations, multinational groups, banks and financial sector professionals (including fund managers and distributors), as well as private equity houses and some family businesses.
We work on many different types of national and cross-border transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and restructurings, friendly and unfriendly takeovers. Our lawyers work across corporate, commercial and contract law-related areas: from structuring transactions at inception to handling their realisation up to closing. We prepare opinions on specific issues of law, draft stakeholder agreements, prepare and attend board and shareholder meetings on a regular basis and help draft and negotiating complex corporate, financing and commercial documentation.
