Our Bournemouth and London office Commercial Litigation team have a wealth of experience assisting clients in reaching positive outcomes. Our national reputation and wide-ranging referral network sees us act for SMEs, charities and individuals across a range of complex and high-value disputes.

The team currently comprises of 19 lawyers, including 4 partners, making us one of the largest Commercial Litigation teams on the South Coast. Partners, Lauren Day and William Fox Bregman are recognised for their expertise in commercial litigation and are regarded as go-to solicitors for disputes.

Lauren Day heads the Property Litigation practice which deal with construction and property related matters regularly appearing in the High Court and undergoing ADR by way of adjudication.

William Fox Bregman continues to represent a number of clients in relation to the HBOS Scandal and Foskett Panel Re-Review with the aim of obtaining compensation for the impact to their businesses.

Partner, Paul Kanolik, has developed the team’s gambling disputes specialist area, with the team recovering over £6 million from various betting operators over the last two years.

Our commercial disputes team advise on complex shareholder disputes including negotiation and strategic planning in order to assist in difficult circumstances.

The team have developed their injunctive relief work with significant work obtaining cross-border freezing injunctions.
