Our lawyers have been involved in transactions regarding projects involving:

We have advised on matters related to shopping centre zoning and construction, in the auction sale process, on restructuring and refinancing, on lease agreements, the sale of immovables; on a production facilities sale-leaseback transaction and in implementing new financing solutions, etc. Ellex has extensive experience in various projects in a number of business sectors, including construction, IT, energy and infrastructure, transportation, government and public bodies as well as PPP projects.

Our team members have participated in the drafting of area specific legislation, negotiated with the EU on energy issues and gained experience as general counsels for large utility organisations.
