Ellex is the leading law firm in Estonia specializing in IP, IT and telecoms and to our knowledge, no other firm possesses such a diverse and specific IP experience. The firm has nearly 20 years of experience in all types of registration matters and disputes (trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain name rights) and infringement disputes (dealing with police, customs and court matters) at all levels – Estonian, European and international. The firm’s representation is therefore comprehensive and ranges from the patent office to the Supreme Court, from the EUIPO to the European Court of Justice.

Ellex has the strongest team in the region. Ellex is the only law firm in Estonia with a partner who specializes in IT&IP matters and one of the (two in total) firms who has a European trademark and design attorney in the team who is also a member of the Bar Association.
