Our Banking & Finance team has advised the Republic of Estonia and Estonian issuers in connection with the offering of debt and equity securities in Estonia and on listings on foreign stock exchanges (London, Dublin, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki) as well as a variety of local and foreign clients in regulatory, financing and debt restructuring matters.
Our team members have years of experience with new and innovative instruments and structures including:
