We represent domestic and international companies, founders, management groups, and private equity firms in sophisticated mergers, stock or asset sales, leveraged buyouts, spinouts, and divestitures, across a broad range of industries. In addition to representing our long-term clients with their acquisitions and liquidity events, we are often called in as M&A specialists to assist new clients with their transactions based on referrals from their current lawyers, board members, investment bankers, accountants and others.
