The Department also acts for clients in children’s law issues and regularly appear before all Family Courts in Northern Ireland including the High Court. Practice Head, Julie Tierney, is an accredited member of the Children (NI) Order Panel. Associate Carla Fraser advises clients on all aspects of Family Law issues affecting children to include private and Public Law Proceedings. We are also experienced in dealing with Domestic Proceedings such as Non Molestation Order and Occupation Order Proceedings.
