-          Advice to Stewart Title Latin America, as collateral agent, in connection with the default of the 2016 Recovery Notes and the 2016 Senior Notes issued by Cap Cana, S.A. under Regulation 144A. This is the largest transaction of its nature in the Dominican Republic to date.
