We have been the pioneers in mergers and acquisitions, especially in the financial system, such is the case of the merger between the Housing of Sula S.A. and the Housing, Saving and Loan Association S.A., subsequently the merger between Banco el Ahorro Hondureño S.A. Honduran Capitalizing Bank S.A., of these two mergers emerged BGA Bank, purchased by BANISTMO of Panama.
