The multi award-winning Family Team at Dutton Gregory based across Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Merseyside are known for their high level of expertise, knowledge and experience, providing bespoke solutions for each individual client. They are very aware there is no one size fits all option in law, with each case and client being an individual, and are able to provide options to suit all clients. This includes having two collaboratively trained lawyers within the team.

  

The team are well respected leaders and experts in their fields. As well as providing commentary on current family law cases and topics, they have also written and published a book on child relocation and multiple national magazine articles. The team regularly present webinars, passing on their knowledge and experience to other legal practitioners, and showing themselves as leaders in family law.  

Dutton Gregory’s Family Team are highly regarded, having won a number of regional and national awards, both as individuals and a department as a whole, recognising their high level of client care and expertise.
