Managing crises

We are available at short notice to assist clients managing crises on both a national and international level. Triggers include: internal events, for example governance failures, regulatory scrutiny, health & safety, cyber attacks or activist interventions; or external factors, such as political unrest, economic or regulatory upheaval, supply chain disruption and climate change.

We work alongside client teams, first to stabilise the situation and then to plot a course for a return to ‘business-as-usual’, while seeking to minimise disruption and reputational harm.

In the longer term, we help clients protect and build value in their operations. We work across communications disciplines, sectors and geographies. We deliver analysis and insight, and then multi-channel, multi-stakeholder programmes, aligned to business goals.
