The office's large IP litigation team regularly handles IP cases throughout the country, as well as in Colorado, taking advantage of the deep bench of patent prosecutors resident in Denver to assist with subject matter expertise in IP litigation. A significant differentiator for the team is its work in and regarding China.  The patent, trademark and IP litigation attorneys successfully partner with the IP team based in China to enforce our client’s IP rights in China and elsewhere in Asia. We have enforced and defended US and Chinese IP, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, by aggressively pursuing the source of infringing US activity in Hong Kong and China. Our work with our Chinese group is not only enforcement, but also in negotiating resolutions and drafting IP-related agreements on behalf of our clients.
