The corporate practice focuses on counselling emerging companies and corporate and securities transactional matters, including private and public securities offerings, M&A, venture capital financings, SEC regulatory matters and general corporate advice. The public finance team advises on tax-exempt financing, tax-credit bonds and act as bond counsel to the state of Montana, its various agencies and instrumentalities, local governments and other political subdivisions.
