DMH Stallard’s Employment team combines technical excellence with an in-depth knowledge of client organisations, enabling long term mutually productive relationships.  We provide both strategic and operational advice to a range large regional businesses and London-based clients across many sectors.

In addition to private sector clients, we have particular experience in public and third sector work, including education and social housing.  We also have credible expertise in business immigration, with the team supporting international businesses with movement of staff in and out of the UK.

We handle a high volume of Employment Tribunal litigation, overwhelmingly for employers, usually conducting our own advocacy in the Tribunal.

The team is highly regarded by the HR community across London and the South East and as well as delivering regular employment law workshops across our office network, our partners are often called on the speak at industry events and undertake in-house training with clients.
