Dinse P.C. represented Middlebury College in a lawsuit brought by former Vermont Governor James Douglas, as executor for the estate of former Vermont Governor James Abner Mead, challenging the removal of the name Mead Memorial Chapel from a campus building funded by donations by Governor Mead due to Mead’s advocacy for the eugenics movement.
