Our firm provides project finance and banking services with particular emphasis on complex and/or large cross-border project finance transactions.

Since we are an independent firm, we are often instructed by international law firms, including firms with Saudi Arabian affiliates when their local offices are conflicted or when clients insist that they instruct us as Saudi counsel, rather than their local offices.

We often tackle transactions that are either challenging and/or set precedents. For example, the Dammam West sewage treatment plant will be Saudi Arabia’s first privately owned sewage treatment plant.
