Dentons Rodyk's Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies Practice Group offers an extensive and business focused range of domestic and cross-border legal services to founders, entrepreneurs, start-ups/ emerging growth companies, accelerators and incubators as well as venture capital funds and private equity investors. Our service and experience span the life-cycle of companies and include incorporation of entities, drafting and reviewing term sheets, investment/ subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements and ancillary agreements including preparing employee share option plans and eventually leading exits via IPO or trade sale.

Our practice group is very active in advising and assisting several prominent venture-backed entities with presence in Singapore and the region, at all stages of investments (from seed-stage to advanced stages such as Series F and beyond).
