Dentons Rodyk's Shipping Practice provides a broad range of services in the area of maritime law.

Our services span the whole value chain: from the inception of a project and its risk management to enforcement and dispute resolution. Dentons Rodyk provides services in relation to carriage of goods and persons by sea, as well as multimodal transportation and freight forwarding arrangements. We advise on insurance and reinsurance matters, competition law and regulatory issues.

Our services encompass all forms of admiralty and shipping disputes, from enforcement of ship mortgage and other maritime claims, to shipbuilding disputes and marine casualties.

We provide strategic and prompt advice on interim preservation orders and injunctions, and search and seizure orders.

We represent clients as solicitors and as counsel in arbitrations within and outside Singapore, we are familiar with all major arbitral rules including ICC, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, AAA and ICSID.
