The nature and profile of our Restructuring and Insolvency team ensures that we are able to adapt to challenging market conditions and support our clients in any sector or geography in which they operate.
Our dedicated core team of Restructuring and Insolvency includes lawyers with a diverse range of specialisms, including Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Corporate. This enables us to draw on bespoke teams as and when required, whether for long-running mandates or time-critical instructions. Depending on the nature of the matter, our work is generally partner-led and we are known for our user-friendliness.
Our team works in tandem within Dentons' sector groups to tailor advice to specific sectors and industries. In 2021, our most significant matters include advising in the Retail, Mining, Aviation, Renewables, Property, Agriculture, Telecoms, Infrastructure, and Financial Institutions sectors. amongst others.
We position ourselves at the top end of the market with a focus on challenging and complex work. Indeed, we are often called upon to act as conflict counsel or to provide independent advice even when other firms may already have been instructed in relation to an assignment. We also have an operating model which enables us to support ad hoc day-to-day requirements, or volume mandates, by leveraging our strong bench of senior associates and expertise from our wider UK network.
