Our real estate finance team is experienced in the full range of financial real estate matters, from single asset or portfolio investment transactions to acquisition or development finance projects. We provide an integrated practice covering all aspects of bilateral and syndicated real estate lending, acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to both investment and development facilities and acting for private banks and private wealth teams lending to high net worth individuals and family trusts in respect of a diverse range of financings. We have particular experience advising on cross-border European financings.
