We advise across all major real estate sectors, with a particular focus on the office, retail, logistics, hotel and residential sectors. Over the years, we have built a reputation for being truly client-focused advisors, guiding companies through their first investments in emerging sectors such as PRS, data centers and successfully navigating new market entrants. Our market share has been stable for more than a decade, ranging from 40% to 55%, in terms of deal value and number of transactions.
